Tai Chi Flow will connect mind, body, energy and spirit. You will learn how to relax by simply moving forms and practicing breathing techniques. This is a stress-free workout and it's mental and physical benefits will enhance your balance, movement and health.

PROGRAM REFUND and TRANSFER POLICY:
A processing fee will be charged for each participant's request for a program refund or transfer as follows:
Activities/programs with a fee of $16 or higher will be charged $10 per activity/program.
Activities/programs with a fee from $11 to $15 will be charged $5 per activity/program.
Activities/programs with a fee of $10 and under are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund requests must be made at least five business days prior to the start of the class.
Please allow at least 2 weeks from the time the request is made for refund processing.
Transfer requests must be made at least three business days prior to the start of the class.
Requests must be made by an adult age 18 years or older.
